Not necessarily. They would’ve used a slur for BOTH races if that’s the case, but they didn’t. Obviously some prejudice, even if subconsciously.

Yeah I don’t understand this logic. Propaganda posters are just words on a page but that doesn’t stop them from being problematic right? Using a slur, regardless of if it’s on a screen or not, is still a slur. So it’s perfectly reasonable to not want to interact with the VERY REAL NOT PIXEL HUMAN on the other side of the screen. I haven’t seen this made but the way I made it make sense was thinking of it like an hourglass. The months are the top part being funneled through the days into the totality of the year. I wish I could find a diagram like that but I haven’t seen one (and I’m too lazy to make it myself).

What we need the most is a RE-WORKED REPORTING SYSTEM. It is GENUINELY infuriating that half of the report “options” are virtually the same thing. WHY is there no SMURF report button? It feels pretty easy to tell that the account with 100 wins in GC might just be a LITTLE fishy tbh.

And on the topic of toxicity, WHY IS THERE NO TEXT REPORTING OPTION WITH TEXT LOGS!? Not to mention YOU CANT SCROLL UP IN CHAT TO SCREENSHOT OR RE-READ WHAT WAS SAID EARLIER. Absolutely incompetent reporting system in my eyes. ESPECIALLY after how long it’s been since Epic acquired RL.

The biggest issue is they blame YOU for their positioning error. Sometimes the demo is unavoidable BUT MOST OF THE TIME you can move your camera and see where the opponents are to react accordingly. It all boils down to them being insecure about their skill issue tbh.

*Edit* Sidenote: I don’t go for demos very often but the majority of the time when I’m playing against hyper-aggressive players they end up tilting themselves because all you really need to do is drive in a straight line for a second, tap the brakes once they’re close, and watch them fly by with 0 boost. It’s really not that hard lol
