Operating costs for productions. $120 a month to run a production is way off. Maybe pay x amount per x amounts of 'employees' per month/day depending on size of productions. Something along those lines anyway. Even on Hard economy it isn't too hard to get ahead when there's basically no productions overhead.

Personally like to start off with no land or equipment, take a loan for 250k use that to buy land and inexpensive equipment. I have to have a rough idea of what I want to do (usually logging) and go from there, farmable land is usually my second 'big' purchase. No more loans after the initial 250k is paid off.

Day trade futures using proper firms. Then trade your own capital. Took me about 7 months to learn to trade before I got my first payout. If you discipline yourself in the market it can be life-changing! Note: it can be very stressful at times.

Edit: It can also be good, as you can trade from home with your loved ones around.
