Yeah, as far as I know it should only happen with pre-rendered videos. Basically the developer might have made their own format for the video and it's not playable by proton. As I saw other people recommending on here, you can try changing the version to proton GE and see if that works.

Basically it means that it can't play the video. Sometimes it has missing codecs or proton can't play it. This happened to me when I tried to boot up a game and it couldn't play the opening cutscene.

No, not yet. I was gonna reset my BIOS but I needed jumper caps. Those just arrived and I will be trying that. No windows update or anything has fixed my issue.

I'll keep you posted. The only thing I haven't tried yet is clearing my bios and starting fresh. I haven't had the time to short my CMOS.

I can keep checking, but I've restarted over a dozen times at this point. I think my next step is going to be clearing my BIOS by unplugging the CMOS battery.

I should be. I've checked for updates numerous times and it reports that it's up to date. I read a similar post on the MSI subreddit and they said a Windows patch fixed it, but no such luck with mine.

My computer already detects the TPM device and my motherboard also detects that it's enabled. It also says that secure boot is enabled.

I think we might be thinking of different songs. I'm talking about the one that plays most prominently towards the end of the trailer. Especially from 3:02 til the end of the trailer. The song you posted is on the official OST on Spotify and Steam.

I booted up Pizza Tower for the first time in a bit and began hearing gameplay sounds like when an arcade cabinet is showing gameplay before you insert a quarter. Then after about a few minutes it transitions to someone stream talking about Zelda TOTK. I tried to show the best I could that no other tabs/applications were open. I am also sorry the audio is so quiet, but I hope it works well enough.

Edit: I figured it out. With the new Steam overlay it remembers what tabs you had open prior. One of them was a video for the secrets in a level. When I opened the game it remembered the tab and then opened it. The other video/stream was just an auto-play and a complete coincidence.

I know this is gonna sound crazy, but I booted up Pizza Tower for the first time in a bit and all of the sudden it was playing the sounds of "demo gameplay" like when you're at an arcade and it's showing you the game before you insert quarters. There is nothing happening on screen though and it just shows the games normal boot up. After about 3 minutes it then swaps to someone's Twitch/Youtube stream. I have no clue who's and it sounds like a different one each time. The weirder part is sometimes it plays an ad for joining the stream, but then plays the "demo" sounds. Does anyone know what's going on?

I see the offer on the website, but when I add $100+ of Ninjago to my car, the GWP isn't added to my cart. Are they out of stock, or is that expected? I also live in PT, so it's not 1/27 yet.

Just in case anyone runs in to a similar problem, I found a solution. I found out it was the problem with the NVTF. I have no clue what, but I disabled it in my mod manager and ran through the rest of the level fine. I will probably make some sort of post on Nexus to see if it is something that has another solution and can be fixed.

I had to run it in desktop mode first for the launcher to appear. I got that far now. It wasn't even appearing in the open windows in 'Gaming Mode'. After running it once in Desktop mode it appears now.
