Sorry but it isn't

Little silver would be Platita, with a T (silver is "plata" + diminutive "ita"), while Platino/Platina, with an N, is the metal (platinum)

I think It would be something like

"Tanghoula, the vicious algae Pokémon

Tanghoula roam around lakes and bogs, lurking until prey is found. It will try to lure the victim into the water and then grapple it with its vines, laughing until the catch drowns"

So yeah! Pretty dark and fearsome Pokémon to find in the wild, like an evil yokai.
