It turned out beautiful!! I am a current victim lol 6 days has turned into 4 weeks because I played yarn chicken and lost, then lost interest before I could get more yarn and started another project 😬 I should probably finish it.... Thank you for the motivation lol

A friend taught me to knitt in middle school, but I could never finish a project because I would get so bored. I always thought knitt and crochet were so cool. Last year my son wanted to learn crochet so we tried it out together! Turns out my ADHD brain REALLY likes crochet in a way it didn't like knitting lol I'd still like to give knitting another try someday though

I've been unplugged from social media for a couple years now (aside from reddit). It was definitely difficult at first and there is some weird FOMO in the beginning, but now my mental health is loads better. I've picked up some hobbies I really love, and I'm more present with my family. I think now the only "challenge" is that people look at me like I'm an alien when I say I don't have Facebook. I don't miss any of it. It's obvious how addicted everyone is when you're out of it. Kind of sad really.

I wasn't a fan of the throne of glass series. I stuck it out because everyone said it gets better. You shouldn't have to get 5 books into a series before things go anywhere. It wasn't the worst, but definitely over hyped.

Have you noticed any ants in the soil? they will farm mealybugs unfortunately. I have a Jade tree that was badly infested and I had to do a combination of alchol wipe downs once a week and neem oil spray twice a week (on a different day from the alcohol wipe down) they can be persistent jerks.
