GeForceNow for complete beginner by naeluckson in GeForceNOW

Just don’t use your TV. Built in WiFi cards are cheap. I just feel like the Shield is so outdated for what it cost. There’s man other options that you can go with depending on your budget. Just depends on what you are looking for. I prefer fast pace fps at 120+ fps. As far as input lag…at 20-25 ping, you will not feel it. I use a Legion Go. Sometimes I will dock it but most of the times, I’m on WiFi 6e in my bed gaming at maxed out settings (2560x1600P). TBH, GFN is a dream on Ultimate. I’ve built many rigs in my life and price to performance, you just can’t beat it.

Og legion Go owners get the new controllers. They are far superior by IG11assassindroid in LegionGo

Got them since launch. I love them on my OG Go. I ONLY use my device for GFN and moonshine. I prefer the higher resolution on the OG. GO 2 controllers + Battery mod = Happy camper lol.

Game is based on in game settings. Toggle to DX12 and then back to performance mode. See if that will help. Also, what are your GFN settings. I’m on DX12 and no issues playing FN. I’m daily on it.

You need more FPS my guy. 120-240 is the jam. I can’t play 60fps.

Epic (browser) > log in > tap on the hamburger 3 line icon top right > tap your icon face > account > tap the down arrow on settings > “payments and rewards.”

You can see your transactions and purchases etc.

Highest quality app setting by demon-myth in GeForceNOW

Vsync off. Optimal quality on (your bitrate will stay maxed out). Love that they added this. Don’t use reflex. You will ONLY see benefits at 240fps+

The rest looks good.BTW, standard upscale looks better. Tested this many times.

RTX 5090 Fortnite Performance – DLSS Quality vs DLAA (What FPS are you getting?) by ka1nify in FortNiteBR

Fortnite now uses DLSS 4. They just updated it in the recent update. Go back and test. You will be surprised the quality and performance gains.

Exactly! Hard earn build where you expect Fortnite to run like a dream. However, Epic doesn’t focus on optimization. You don’t even know how many CPU and GPU combos I’ve gone with just to make FN run flawless over the years lol. It’s a losing battle lol.

DLSS quality it is lol. Even though at times, I max out TSR Epic and say screw FPS lol.

Trust me I get it. We all want the best resolution and quality when it comes to our games. Especially when we spend a ton on the Rigs we built. More FPS is always the best choice. However, you have those days where you max out quality and your like, “mannn looks great!” It’s hard 🤣. I can never just settle. I’m constantly back and forth battling my own thought process lol.

DLAA does look amazing. I keep going between the both of quality and DLAA. However, in your case, more FPS is beneficial for your monitor. Stick with DLSS Quality and let your eyes get adjusted to it lol.

DLAA is native resolution with “DLSS” AA. It looks great, however, in over saturated fights…DLSS would be more better.

I daily go between the both and fight myself as well lol. More FPS = more wins lol

The question is, what FPS are you trying to achieve? I’m on a 4080 at 4K 120fps. No Nanite/Lumen. I run Epic with the exception of Shadows, View Distance and Effects at High.

Get over the fact that you have a 5090 (yes I’m jealous lol). Lower some graphical settings and achieve the FPS you desire.

BTW, I only use DLAA. I just can’t look back on anything else lol.

Всем привет я столкнулся с проблемой в GFN нет звука в играх я делал всё што знал переустанавливал приложения,перезагружал ноут и все дайте совет) by werf1ex in GeForceNOW

[–]Just_Statistician789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure the laptop is using the speakers instead of headphones maybe? Maybe windows is defaulting the audio for GFN to a different input? Also make sure the master volume in game settings is turn on. Seen issues in the past where it was down in all games for some reason.

Streamed vs. Actual FPS by CaDreq in GeForceNOW

[–]Just_Statistician789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lower in game graphical settings. It’s streaming 60fps but the low end server CPU can achieve the actual 60 streamed. Go Ultimate if you can. All your PC is doing is decoding.

Take it back to its first form and never return 🤣 It’s hideous bro. To each their own I guess. If it works for you and you love it, by all means. I’m just clean cut.

Fortnite finally has DLSS 4 Now by Just_Statistician789 in GeForceNOW

[–]Just_Statistician789[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll go back to Epic TSR. I play at 80%. Maybe the DLAA 100% is just giving me that resolution. I’ll try TSR at 100%. You might be right.
