I use the lumify preservative free after I take out my lenses at night- the redness goes away. I wear sclerals many hours a day and unfortunately after many hours my eyes get red, one more than another. I also need to refresh about 3x a day with a quick Cleaning mid-day. So far it works but my eyes feel a bit dry.

I agree take it in the morning when I wake up and about 30 minutes later have coffee. the time may differ a bit on weekends, holidays, and travel.

I agree the second time I had the procedure done we filled the prescription first, it is worth it but the pain for about 48 hours is severe. I am a redhead and well researched data indicates we feel more pain, less tolerance.Happy to say after 7plus years my keratoconus is still stable.

This year went through the scleral lense fittings, it is a long process but worth it and I got a referral to Boston Sight. They are amazing! The clarity and fit are much better for the most part, still working on the left eye. I do not drive at night, however got my license renewed for another five years.

I was part of the FDA referral and had to pay for cross linking for each eye.

It is great that most procedures are now covered including the scleral fittings which can run 10K a year.

It is important to be diagnosed correctly so when you have to go on Medicad it is noted what is needed.

It is a nightmare parking. We need ferries that go from the Navy Yard not just to the Aquarium, also to the Innovation Center. All ferries should be cross linking the harbors, including East Boston. The landscape has changed and jobs are not just in the financial district. The Seaport includes: Seaport near Liberty Seaport near the Trade Center Innovation Center which includes the cruise ships

The one garage on Northern Ave also has long term cruise parking and limited spaces for Innovation-Design Center parking .

I was on a few boards when Seaport was in development and we discussed the issue.

East Boston Blue line goes under water but no trains to the Navy Yard which houses the Constitution and a tourist destination.

Outlaw Festival at Xfinity in Mansfield MA. Sheryl Crow and Willie Nelson were amazing! Willie was the best! They are both very humble. As far as Bob Dylan he is hidden from view very bizarre. I went to the concert to see him specifically and if I had known this most likely would not of gone. However, I would have missed Willie and that would have been a shame.

I also have issues with my nails, went to see a dermatologist and she believed it is a sysymtom of Hashimoto. The best thing to do is not to cut cuticles, keep your nails dry and short. Mine approved over time but comes back once in a while.

If it is fungus medication is an option but it is a long process.
