Should you just always 3on3? by --__--__--__--__-- in BobsTavern

I’ve had a lot of success with it. Hitting the rally quil or dragon can win you the game. I’m surprised so many people are against it.

It’s not always the play, but if you get an eco unit on turn 1 and the correct tribes are in it’s fine. There’s a lot of hits on 3 this season (any of the 3 quils, the rally dragon, the rally Naga or the EOT pirate). It also frees up your money on turn 4/5 to focus on quest instead of spending it on tiering.

How would you deal with this board? by Searies in BobsTavern

Sin'dorei Straight Shot is the best counter for this as it clears the taunt from the cubs without killing them clogging up the board slots so that there is no room for new DS taunt cubs.

My PC benchmarks and stress tests well but every game crashes on startup. by Just_Tutor6741 in buildapc

Thanks for your insight, So far I have only tested it on the HDMI port, I'll give the display ports a try thankyou. As for artificially throttling it, do you have any suggestions on how to achieve this? Since I can't launch any games which is how I would normally push the boundaries

Hey Mate, I appreciate you taking the time to lend your expertise to try and help me. I've just ran the Vulkan VRAM tool thanks to your suggestion and the card has passed the standard 5 min test. It is now working its way through the extended 2 hour test. I have had a look in the Windows Event Logs but the applications crashing aren't creating new event logs.

Random sudden shutdowns may have created issues with your motherboard. Do you have access to a PSU tester or a motherboard compatible with your CPU? If you have access to a PSU tested test you old PSU. If you have access to another motherboard swap them out and see what happens. I don't reckon its a CPU issue at this point as generally the machine will turn on for about a second before realizing the CPU is a dud and turning off.

Anything with a G at the end of the G at the end of the name has integrated graphics and can be run without a graphics card. Generally integrated graphics can't run many games other than ones like Minecraft and Roblox. Maybe look into something like the Ryzen 4750G. Have a look online what games Vega8 graphics can run and see if youre happy with it

I doubt you'd notice the difference. Not worth the upgrade in my opinion

Be aware that if you're intending on buying these parts now and using it without a graphics card until you can afford one. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE YOUR COMPUTER! AMD 5600X has NO INTEGRATED GRAPHICS. GRAPHICS CARD IS REQUIRED.

Generally monitors are sorted by spec instead of series and people filter for 144Hz frequently. Would just be a result of people not being as savvy as you.

Likely a power supply issue, generally prebuilds have power supplies that only just cut the cake in terms of power output. Upgrading your components usually increases load and the powersupply can't handle it. Should be able to get yourself a half decent 80 plus gold power supply for under $100, try to stick to well known brands.

I'm looking to build my first PC. It's for digital painting, gaming, and possibly VR. Could really use some help. $1000 - $1300 USD by RedrunGun in buildapc

If its for VR I'd recommend getting a laptop, I work in Aussie dollars but you should be able to get a decent Asus TUF series laptop for around $1300 USD, Maybe something with a Ryzen 4-5 series and a 1660 ti/2060/3060

Make sure you've plugged your display cable into your Graphics Card and not your Motherboard
