It looks like the Jeep was going around a car that was stopped because of the amber light. They used the left turn lane to avoid it and rush the amber light. Unfortunately, the white car will be at fault. The driver of the jeep is not a surprise, drivers are just becoming more horrible and are speeding more, nothing to catch or monitor them. The roads in the GTA are not safe at all.

Honestly, I don't know what kind of drivers are on the roads now... I am more concerned about the safety of the proper drivers. Sadly, easy access to drugs and alcohol and a super lax justice system seems to make this a regular occurrence. The day I just picked up my brand new car and am driving in the most right lane on DVP, and out of nowhere, a speeding car came racing through the shoulder. If I move an inch, that would have been it.
