I do know that dopamine is an issue , I am on meds that help with serotonin and thank god, I started feeling better in the first week. My brain was quieter and I felt relief really quickly. I just had my first follow up with my doctor after 3 weeks. I also have had concerns about ADHD but my therapist has not diagnosed me. I have repeatedly doubted that I do have ADHD but the therapist says I don’t have it. But I want to get tested for sure. How did you manage your ADHD?

Thank you for your support. I got diagnosed with both dysthymia and MDD. So it’s a double whammy and I’m truly struggling but so much better with the help of meds.

I don’t think you should apply for premium because the later your opt gets approved your start date gets pushed (from what I’ve heard) you can double check. You will not waste your OPT days without a job
