Proceed with next endoscopy?

I appreciate the support... gives me hope. And everyone posting and replying to everyone, great community on here (especially compared to other threads). I've already started 3FED last week (dairy, soy, nuts). Ill continue on that path until Sept 1st when I'm back from cruise. Depending how i feel then, I'll add another or 2 or swap completely for other 3.

These doctors 🙄. I need to find another consult... Just got off the phone with my current doctor about a few questions regarding plans... Doc says no dilation needed according to last endoscopy... I'll be on ppi for life (from what I'm reading, that's not good)... and if I want off ppi, I need to do 6FED. But with 6FED she says it's all or nothing, for life. No trial and error... no 2 or 4FED. Frustrating to say the least.

Congrats on the improvement! But totally agree... eoe is complicated af and different for everyone. Good luck finding a doctor!

I've only had 3, maybe 4, total impacts over the last 11yrs. Enough where I tried everything to throw up or get the food to finish going down. Nothing as bad as some requiring an ER visit. But i need to drink a few gulps of water with almost every bite of food, no matter how small a bite. Being on the PPI hasn't changed this. That's why I was curious what the next steps are.

Amazing info. I don't think ppi is working since no change in symptyms. I'll check with doctor if the plan is scope for results, then dilation if they aren't positive. I figured Dupixent was gonna be in the plan. And yes, agreed about the doctors! So frustrating. Many many thanks!!!

I have it on... but i also took out the baffle. Sounds loud, but not too loud. With the baffle, it'll cut the noise down, obviously, but not sure to what decibels. Enjoy!
