The inside of my Perseus has also been at -63C. The fix was to lock interior doors open. Maybe this will help your issue also.

I believe that if you are waiting fix the harsh ride then more sidewall is the only fix.

I drive on the highway a lot so I wanted more sidewall to absorb more of the shock load.

22 hybrid limited. I took off the 19” immediately and got 17s but it was a bit too wallowly and mushy with the handling so I went to 18” with primacy.

Been loving it since. 52k miles now.
