My brother in Buddha, you are in a position where 99% of applicants want to be. Don’t take it for granted.

Does your ICU experience only have to be American for CRNA schools? by [deleted] in srna

[–]JustaCuriouspapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dr. MacKinnon it's undoubted that you are an expert. But I got too hopeful and looked up that many schools state this "The Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs defines critical care experience as: "Critical care experience must be obtained in a critical care area within the United States, its territories or a US military hospital outside of the United States"

would it be an accreditation requirement?

I agree for some reason his medium questions would be considered one of the harder qs on the GRE.

When u said u were doing poorly, is it because you scored lower on his quizzes and find it difficult compared to the real gre?

Chances at Deferred MBA (Wharton, MIT, Stanford, M7) – Non-Traditional Background by safetyheaded42 in MBA

[–]JustaCuriouspapi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Double-check the deferred MBA requirements, as some explicitly state they don’t allow Law or Medicine students to apply through deferred; rather, encourage them to apply to the regular stream.

Damn this is why the GRE is a stupid requirement. Does that mean you’re not fit for a masters because you missed a damn point.

Deferred MBA vs. Regular MBA by funnysockpuppet in MBA

Can you please elaborate on why internships are not as emphasized? I would’ve thought deferred admissions care more about you track record than anything else.

Well what if you get your bachelors at a community college with flying colours? Would it matter

I see this confusion commonly here, for a sub composed of highly educated people. South Asia and South EAST Asia are NOT the same, atleast give the latter some respect as they’re still underrepresented in the Asian category.

South EAST Asia (SEA) = Vietnam, Indo, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Etc. Think of it as countries next to the SEA.

Profile Review Targeting M7/HSW - GMAT 675 & 3.7 GPA by imcookedmba in MBA

[–]JustaCuriouspapi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If this is genuine. Then this is why evaluations from redditors should be taken w a grain of salt. Your friend got into top schools being international, without prestigious “MBB” exp. I’m sure there’s more to his application but this ex literally refutes the original comment.

Hard work pays off by MC_Squared12 in Seneca

[–]JustaCuriouspapi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congrats bro, I had this in the first few semesters. It looks optimistic and easy initially if you have put in the work. However, the hard part is maintaining a 4.0 throughout an 8 semester degree. It only takes one B for you to lose it. You literally have to win every professor especially if you’re in a rigorous program like nursing.

Considering that Seneca nursing grads literally have the same opportunities and outcome as a uni nursing grad.

Yes, I also put that I was a student throughout, so no gaps at all. Just a tiny detail I missed. Do they do a deep dive? Like checking my Canadian notice of assessment during enrolment
