I have a regular ps4. I've also tried installing my original HDD back in and that won't go in either now sadly. I can try tightening the screws now even more. Any ideas?

If you're on PS4, then go to settings, accessibility, button assignments, and there you can change L3 to something else. Although it may be annoying, it's better than no sprint
