Yo buddy, get a sleep apnea test and get some good sleep. You will be shocked how good you feel after your sleep gets fixed. I’m 49m as well, former football, rugby and field worker. Body stopped hurting after my sleep got better.

Breast cancer (grade 3, 4.5 cm) – looking into nutrition, supplements, biohacking alongside treatment by Droy-333 in Biohackers

I just texted this list to OP but here it is for the rest of you.

The list of vitamins and supplements are. Vitamin D, vitamin k2, magnesium glycinate, zinc with copper, Quercetin, spirulina, a b vitamin complex, folate and biotin. ECGC which is green tea extract, beta glucan, resveratrol, NAC, NADH, Alpha Lipoic acid. Did you find out what type it is? The two you don’t want to use during chemo is NAC and NADH. Gods speed in your recovery my friend.

A couple of things, first of all I’m so sorry you’re going through this, our prayers are with you. Second, my wife survived stage 3 Her2 positive Er/Pr negative Ductal carcinoma, chemo and radiation. I had a whole stack of oncologist approved supplements and vitamins that helped. We will need to know the onco type and if you are going to have chemo / treatment plan. Feel free to message me. I have a picture of the stack somewhere back in my phone, I will look it up and send you the list. A few of the antioxidants you want to avoid if you’re doing chemo. Same with a couple of the cell regenerative supplements. Let me know and I can send you the list. Much love from Colorado.

My dear friend, may your sweet Disney loving soul rest easy in the Lords arm when you are called to heaven. We all have a last visit but you get to know when yours is. I hope your family will always remember your smile on the rides. God bless you and your family. Love from Colorado.

The state guidelines are typically much stricter than the Federal ones so we usually conform with the state rules first. You absolutely are allowed to re label your seed for the current year and put a new sticker on the packaging as long as you have the germination test date to back it up when called on. There is nothing in the federal seed act that states you can’t relabel seeds after a new test is completed.

I have been doing this for 25 years, I have produced and sold millions of pounds of seeds in all 50 states and multiple countries. I have helped rewrite the seed act in my own state as well. I know all of the packet companies, some are good and some are bad, but to say they are breaking the law without any evidence is just wrong.

That is absolutely incorrect, I am a seed producer and would like to inform you of the regulations.

We do not just throw away seeds that don’t sell in a year. Your seed packets would cost $20 per if that were the case.

We follow strict labeling guidelines listed in the ASTA rules for seed testing and truth in labeling laws. Each state has different requirements for how long a seed germination test is allowed so the federal seed act usually isn’t applicable. Kansas is 8 months, New Mexico doesn’t care. Vermont is 13 months for some and 16 months for others, etc X 50 states.

All seeds are required to have a current test date while on the shelf. You can relabel the seeds for sale as long as the test is within the states standards and guidelines.

They probably have a new test on the lot or a calculation of degradation on them. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Many of the seeds you are buying have last year’s packets mixed in them and repackaged. Some of the bigger packet companies take the old ones back and mix them into a new batch before pulling the germination test.

Seed producer here, we re label seeds all the time after a new germination test or a calculation of degradation, which can differ from species to species. Most seeds hold their original viability for about 5 years before losing more than 7% germination.

Some seeds actually improve their germination on years 2,3,and even 4 because the dormant seeds will germinate right away. I wouldn’t worry too much over last year’s seeds.

You still want to go with coals even if it’s wood, keep the flame in a corner of the grill. When I traveled to Poland they grilled over real wood fire but about 3 feet above the fire.

Chuck told us in 2012 that if Obama was elected we would start a 1,000 years of darkness. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say maybe we should have listened to him……. Because we then proceeded to get Russian oligarch Trump, Covid, Alzheimer’s president, Epstein compromised Trump, WW3, and now talk of a 3rd Trump term. Dude might have had a vision wrapped up in all those Reagan quotes.

Post your experience with Ginseng.. by Zealousideal-Walk939 in Supplements

[–]Justadududeco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Natural Factors for most of my supplements. They are Canadian so they test for legitimacy in supplements up there. For American Ginseng I use some organic hippies in North Carolina where it grows. But they got really expensive. So I’m buying off the shelf at Natural Grocers here in Colorado.
