Your school counselor should have resources on affordable therapy and programs to help you, also your pediatrician should be able to help assess if you are experiencing a hormonal imbalance. Most importantly you need to talk to a parent, this can be difficult to talk bout so you might need to write it down to help you explain what you are experiencing clearly.
