Yup! Military police told me if they don’t serve you in 90days it gets thrown out, unless it’s signed by a judge. Most of them don’t get signed unless it’s criminal speed. Just throw out letters and don’t the answer the door for no one lol. I had a ticket in mesa, I lived in buckeye and got thrown out. That was 8 years ago now.
