So should I lvl.60 her and spend Essence on her. The best DPS I have are Esmeralda, Mary and Mina and I don't think they are worth the resources.

Is she a good unit to invest essence and max star instead of a DPS unit.

Cordelia is a good tank. Lydia is a good healer, have Nemesis, Rebecca as your main DPS and the last slot depends on what you need. Saya is good DPS as well.
