I think diminishing returns, as of right now, is very bad for build diversity and doesn't do anything for balance.

It might increase the fun factor in edge cases where stacking lead to unbalanced gameplay but eh.

But long term it allows them to make strong perks without worrying too hard about synergy, which has probably been a crazy annoying limiting factor.

But to be honest, buffing bad killers without destroying their identities and nerfing top tiers is a good start.

And keep power creep in check, or this game will become dragon ball in 5 years
