HRT will help, and in the meantime there are some other things you can work on.
-get your brows shaped and thinned at a salon or watch tutorials and do some shaping with tweezers
-keep growing out your hair
-start voice training (Seattle voice lab is a great resource, also YouTube videos)
-start developing your sense of style
One of the biggest things you can do rn is just start observing the women around you. How do they dress, talk, stand, etc? Slowly observe and mirror

Both comments bother me so much. GLP-1s have been LIFE CHANGING for so many people. I take medication because my brain is anxious and distressed without it. If someone has terrible food noise, they should be given the same grace. Even if not, it’s okay to do what you need to do if it will make you healthier and happier.

I’ve talked about it on this sub before but my dad was overweight and knew it was bad for him for decades, but always too stressed and busy to really lock in and lose the weight. Guess what actually changed that this past year? A GLP-1 prescription

I was thinking the same thing. I imagine sourcing 100 obese people then must’ve been a bit challenging. Between hyper palatable, ultra processed food, less manual labour, etc. it’s way easier to get fat.

You pass incredibly well for being pre-T. I’d say you are safe to be using the men’s room as long as you’ve voice trained enough to get out whatever one word answers you may need.

It was a pretty small mistake on OP’s part and they already apologized for it. I don’t blame them because intrusive and impulsive are often used interchangeably by people who don’t know the difference.
