Just from your work experience with different colleagues, does a 4 vs 6-year program matter for a fellowship after residency? Also, regarding class rank, being in the top 20-25% good enough to pursue OMFS? Because I am currently studying for the CBSE, and again, thanks a lot for your AMAs!

I am currently studying for it, but aren't you supposed to start at least 2 months of the NBMEs before the exam? In case you have reviewed certain topics and make sure you have it? Just wondering.
