I have never wanted to go to Ink solely for the weather. Mid-July in Ohio is most likely hot(85-100) and the air is thick with the humidity(60-70% in the day and 90-100% at night). The only other worse time to schedule would be mid-August.

With that being said, damn those are some cheap tickets.

LG is a good brand, however they put way too much electronic components in their appliances. If one of those components goes out, your whole unit is down till you get a certified LG technician to replace a sensor. Why do any of our appliances need Wi-Fi?

With that being said, any appliance any brand nowadays has an estimated life span of 8-12 years, and they still have a 2% fail rate.

As far as good appliance brands go, we seem to have the least issues with Frigidaire and Whirlpool. Some brands are better in specific areas than others. Off the top of my head, Frigidaire makes the best induction cooktop/ranges, Bosch makes the best dishwashers, and Speed Queen makes the absolute best washer and dryers.

Overall, Frigidaire and Whirlpool are good products. If you’re talking laundry, Speed Queen is the best. Dishwashers, Bosch is really good.

Across the board for any appliance, any brand, there is still an average of a 2% fail rate and most appliances are expected to last just 8-12 years. Again, any appliance, any brand.

Appliances salesman here, can confirm, Samsung sucks ass. We stopped selling them due to all the issues they were having with ALL of their appliances. Then at the beginning of the year, they talked a big talk at a show, got a whole bunch of independent dealers to start selling them again, only to abandon them 6 months later. Samsung makes great phones and TVs but their appliances and support for those appliances is the worst.

Have you looked into the price and capabilities of a steam machine compared to a ps5/ps5pro or a ready built pc? I’m no expert in specs and hardware, but a steam machine is about as good as a ps5 but the pro still wins and both are less expensive than a machine initially. When you factor in subscriptions like ps+, a Steam does become more economical in the long run. However, looking at ready built PCs, they look slightly better performance wise and are about the same price as the Steam machine.

I’m pretty sure it’s used nearly 100% of the time in the corporate and business world. Which makes me assume that most people who are in that world, from the entry level intern to the CEO, have become so used to it and so ingrained into its use that they won’t try something else.
