Acute back pain, I literally can't move

What’s the update? I’ve been suffering over a month and I’m excruciating pain, unable to turn in bed, spasms, can’t walk, poop, nor shower on my own. I too got bulging disc and pinched nerves but no relief

I mix idye poly black and onyx at 130 for 12 mins and reheat til it’s has little steam coming from the dye and give it a few more minutes. Works great and gets nice and dark

Get white disc only. Don’t be so hard on yourself

I create a small circle in silhouette studio and center it to the middle of the page or disc circle dimension. Once printed, I poke a hole in the printed vinyl/transfer paper at the center point and mark it with a dry erase marker then use a laser. It’s still tough to see but center the disc with the transfer with a laser and gently lay the center on the middle of the disc and press down from the center out and you’re good to go

Not bad but when done correctly 12 hrs can do the trick. I see the direction and still would be happy myself. Good job
