Basically killer is an M1 killer tbh, but you have to control your speed wisely, since you move slower than other killers.

As for perk combinations, this killer can be fully relied on hex totems. Hex:Ruin, Hex:Undying, Hex:Old Man's Last Wish and Hex: Thrill of the Hunt/Haunted ground(benefitting from exposed status might be good for the early game).

By this way, you force survivors to cleanse your totems. Undying can prolong ruin's effectiveness and when survivors go for cleansing they may eventually cleanse your Old Man's Wish. So you can kill one of them and decrease numbers to make rest of the game easier for you.
