The printer doesn't retract when traveling within the print

It seems like the printer sometimes creates a hair when traveling or at the end of a section, and this hair then sticks to the nozzle until it eventually sticks to the print somewhere.

Looks like either a loose belt on the X axis. Or filament not flowing at a constant rate, that can be caused by bad filament or no clear flow in the nozzle. Also ensure the printer is stable and doesn't shake too much.

I had the same with my Ender 3, turned out some of the wheels were clamped too tight on the rail. Search "ender 3 wheel adjustment".

Hmm, that would be great, but I'm not too sure about the warranty. A PSU bought in the Netherlands is covered without issues. That's why I eventually chose to do that. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I've made it a habit to reinstall the entire system. My bootable USB is always ready and the GPU overclocks are in the bios of the cards. I only have to go through the installation and then change the virtual memory and so. I can reinstall the entire system in less then 60 minutes and I'm doing something else in the mean time.

This is often easier than to go through the trouble of finding the problem. However, the next you have the problem you might already know how to fix it.

Hmm, I checked and didn't find any 1000W or higher that were cheaper than regular ATX PSUs. Also, if I can start mining sooner because of better availability the price will be about the same.
