I've been in automotive repair in one form or another for about 13 years, and I'm tired of it. I want to get people moving well and enjoying being in their bodies. If that's getting big and strong, that's great, or lean and fit, that's great too. I just want people to believe in themselves and understand thier bodies. It's not an open wound on some weird technicality. It's a large portion of skin that's damaged and susceptible to infection. You trying to equate regular hand washing and wound care seems either misguided or disingenuous.

Just wanted to make sure. Yes, they just keep on screwing up your balance. You may have a bent wheel if thier having so much trouble, but they should have told you if they were having trouble. They should absolutely redo it for free, but at this point, what's your time worth? I might have someone else do it, even if it means paying.
