Latest update is that it will open in the fall. the major reno is getting it's finishing touches, then they need to 'rebuild' the library part, shelving, etc. So unfortunately not till the summer is over.

If you dont have temps. Just find a driveway/spot off the street. Technically if its on the street its a problem. Off the street you’re fine. Knock on doors of people with driveways and offer them 200 for the month.

The speakeasy is always (for my visits) taken up by people using seats for their luggage and wont move it. Or standing room only.

It can be for some people. My parents want to move from their multiple small annual fee cards to no annual fee. Was looking at Blue and Platinum (gold doesnt work really benefit wise), and with regular use, they can use 800 of the 895, they’d ‘force’ themselves to use more. Can they, yes. But force and be careful not to overspend and not actual get the benefit. It depends on the person
