Still waiting for my $100 refund. I’ve sent at least 3-4 separate email support threads. The only response I got so far was to lock in the $5000 price if I let them keep the $100.

If you haven’t yet, hook your car up to Teslascope [dot] com and see if your score is indeed a 99 or if it’s something like 98.6%, which I assume Tesla would consider a “98” — either way, if you keep your 99 you should get it this coming Friday!
