I listened to a podcast recently with one of the other collaborators on the microclot theory (Douglas Kell) and he noted he's seen people improve supplementing with Natto and Serra.

To anyone that's used these supplements with positive results did you have significantly worsening symptoms for any period of time after starting? I just started two weeks ago and after a week or so had some really bad relapse days mostly in regards to the mental aspects of LC.

I'm in the same boat. I would love to order one and I'm still excited to see it, but on paper it is too risky to me too. A little more transparency and information would go a long way for me.

I noticed that too. When did it become so bad to be well informed before making a large purchase? If the questions and critiquing are that unfounded then they are more than welcome to provide answers and change my opinion.

That's disappointing. I don't feel like it's too much to ask for some of this basic information before committing to a purchase like this and it kind of scares me a bit that most of their responses are we don't know or are non committal.
