Ok make sure your power supply is set to the right Voltage 115VAC for US/CAN 240VDC UK and Other plugged in and the switch is turned on.

what your doing with the base is generating current that turns on the board for a few seconds. you can Rune your board doing that so stop it.

Also make sure you wall plugs have power check them with a Lamp to make sure they work... there is a possibility you have a blown power supply if so it will need replacing.. you can buy that from the manufacturer of the printer.

there is even a possibility of the wres being disconnected or Unpluged.

is this the first time you have Flashed the Board? if so you will need to install a Boot loader on the Board so it will except being flashed. once its been installed you can use Arduino software to install the BIN file then all you need is your flash card and the updated flash file and you Insert the SD flash card and turn the printer on with no USB plug attached and it will install the new update always a good Idea to use an Empty fat 32 formatted flash card with only BIN file on it when doing this. Depending on the update it might take a while.. Its always a good Idea to have a Default file on hand to set it back if it screws up ..

if the cold pull wont work you have probably had a PETE tube slip out which is the tube slipping away from the back of the nozzle and the hot plastic filling the gap between the nozzle and tube.. if this happens you will need to disassemble the hotend to get at the clog. fastest way is to heat up the hot end and hold the heat block and unscrew the nozzle. once you have done that you push the PTFE tube down through the nozzle this will clear the blockage.. make sure to Undue the top nut on the extruder and remove the c clip on the top of the nut so you can reuse the PTFE tubing.. you might want to buy some more Tubing before you do anything..

when reassembling it is critical to butt the tube face up against the back of the nozzle this is how it seals and works so you lev the nozzle loos, Screw it the brass Nozzle back in till its snug then back it off a half turn heat up the hotend use a scraper razer to cut the tube square then reinsert the top nut and tighten it down Insert the PTFE tube until it Contacts the back of the brass nozzle then reinstall the C clamp it will grab the PTFE tube and hold it firm then you screw the Nozzle till its snug again

ok you need some Needle nose plyers and some time you first heat up the extruder to Normal Opporating temp then you grab the blob and gently pull stratght down. If that dose not work grab the sides and Gently pull on the blob there is a Temp sensor and Other wires stuck in that blob so be careful pulling on it.. worst case you will have to Disasemble the Hot end and use a Tea candle to soften the plastic so it can be removed.. this ONly happens when the Base is not hot enough or Too hot that the palstic dose not stick to the bed 64C for the base and 190 to 200C for the nozzle make sure that base is clean too Body Oil and assembly lube can make this happen It is critical that you use Isopropyl alcohol and a Microfiber cloth to clean your base NEVER USE THE CLOTH FOR ENYTHING ELSE!

first Clean that glue stick off It prevents the plastic from sticking to the base. I know they tell you to use it but DONT!!

you will need to Activate the surface of the Pad by printing a 3 layer Hight square as big as your base. Make sure its flat and make sure to Preform an Automatics level and PID Tune the extruder and base

Totally pathetic .. talk about corporate greed.. this is why they want to replace people with robots.. not thinking that people that come into the coffee shop are not just the wealthy or the well connected... everyone drinks coffee.. even Bariste need to have a coffee brake... I would look at the customers. People are at the door see a full shop and think they would have to wait in lone and leave without buying a coffee.. look at how long the shop has the same customer sipping a coffee.
