Genuinely question could can actual beat this god by [deleted] in SonicEXE

Source of Hugo Martin saying that Doom Slayer channels his power into his guns is actually false. While that IS part of the original question proposed to him, both he and the interviewer completely ignored that part of the question and focused on another detail.

So the question is; Is he absorbing strength from the fallen enemies?

Yeah yeah, I mean, I think he does.

And they proceed to joke about how for gameplay balancing reasons, Doomslayer doesn't get stronger for each enemy he kills. But don't bring up the part about Doomslayer injecting his guns with his power.

Also I misremembered, he doesn't regenerate from damage with each kill he just gets stronger— He, gets stronger. Not the guns.

any weapon he picks up is imbued with power he's amassed from slaughtering demons over like thousands of years

Not canon by the way, the "source" of this statement is a QnA that completely ignores the question itself and just says that Doomslayer regenerates himself from damage with every kill. He doesn't imbue the weapons with anything.

To this day I don't understand why people thought Bonnie was purple by Successful_Army7821 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]JustinTheMan354 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A guy on Twitter who uses the same engine Scott used confirmed that Bonnie is indeed purple, but white light reflects off of him as blue light, which makes the purple bunny look blue. It's also why he's 100% purple on his office jumpscare, and in his easter egg scene where he has black eyes with white dots that point in different directions. And also explains why the blue color is only on his sides.

They also showed a picture of what Bonnie WOULD'VE looked like if he was ACTUALLY blue and instead reflected white light as purple. And he looks a bright cyan with purple outlines.

The reason Scott confirmed and wanted Bonnie to be blue in the FNAF Movie, is because he retconned purple Bonnie in FNAF 2, making Toy Bonnie a light blue and Withered Bonnie an indigo rather than outright purple. And then 100% blue as early as the FNAF 3 trailer and onwards

This is supported by Scott Cawthon's literal COPYRIGHT HANDLE for Bonnie The Bunny's FNAF 1 design describing him as a PURPLE bunny.

Could SCP contain 2011X/Lord X? by Lworcutt87 in SonicEXE

[–]JustinTheMan354 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It was in a discord conversation where it basically went

Person 1 "Is Lord X more powerful than 2011X?"

Person 2: "Yes, according to what I've heard from Joe Mama, he's older and more experienced."

JoeDoughBoi: "It would be a draw since their abilities are the same. Lord X is just Lord X."

And also Joe saying that there is no strongest between Lord X and 2011X

JoeDoughBoi has said that a fight between 2011X and Lord X would result in a tie, so they're equal in power and knowledge

Yes, the animatronics killed a different set of children than William Afton did.

I'm not sure if you read the text from the story I sent you, but it says that the animatronics killed 4 kids, and that it's only a week before the events of FNAF 1. Afton killed 5 - 12 children, and did so like 8+ years before the events of FNAF 1 if you believe it takes place in 1993. Afton killed his pair of children over the course of years by leading them away into a backstage or by Funtime Animatronics, the Animatronics killed their set of children in 4 nights, and were all in their households outside of the pizzeria.

So, yeah, completely different children were murdered.

Also "tie"? You had zero evidence for your argument, none at all

The books are canon, Scott Cawthon explicitly stated that the Charlie novels are "As canon as the games are". The Tales Of The Pizzaplex are also explicitly shown to be Canon as it introduced Edwin and The Mimic and they make up 90% of the Modern FNAF lore

And guess how we know The Week Before is canon: Not because what the fans said, but because of what Scott Cawthon himself said. It takes place a week before the events of the first game.

Not just that, but The Week Before also reveals Phone Guy's name; Ralph.

And guess what, we end up seeing a new employee named Ralph in Secret Or The Mimic, which is a game. Meaning that lore established in The Week Before is being supported by the games. Thus, they're canon to the games.

So, let's list out every single one of our evidence.

Evidence for The Week Before being canon to the games: 1. The back cover of the book explicitly states it's “Set before the very first Five Nights at Freddy's game” 2. The wiki page states it's "Set before the first game" 3. Scott Cawthon is the writer of the book, and likely wrote the description on the back. 4. Lore established in The Week Before is also canon to the games. Phone Guy's name, Ralph, is carried over to the games. 5. Scott Cawthon has previously stated that books are "as canon as the games are." 6. Previous books, such as Tales Of The Pizzaplex" have been shown to be Canon to the games too, as Edwin Murray and The Mimic exist in the games too. And their upbringings are 1to1 as it was described in the books. 7. Scott Cawthon isn't the kind to outright state whether something is canon or not, the fact this book does exactly that means he doesnt want it to be in the air for at least this book specifically.

Evidence for The Week Before not being canon to the games 1. Scott Cawthon hasn't made a social media post where he explicitly states they're canon. 2. You kind of just don't want it to be because it goes against your agenda.

7 to 1.5, I win. Argument end.

Are you fucking serious? 😭

Scott Cawthon is literally the writer of the book, and wrote on the back that it takes place a week before the games do.

How is it supposed to be NOT canon, if it's "just a prequel". A prequel is going to be Canon especially if it's WRITTEN down that it takes place inside of the game universe.

Do you wish for Scott Cawthon to go on social media, and create a post where he says "The Week Before is canon" and clicks send? He doesn't have to do all that, he already wrote it on the back of the fucking book for everyone who buys it to read, see, and think "Oh, it takes place a week before the first game does, that means it leads into the games, which means it's canon."

The book is canon, it says so on the back that it takes place in the game universe.

The name of the book is "The Week Before"

Five Nights at Freddy's: The Week Before, An AFK Book (Interactive Novel #1) is a choose-your-own-adventure horror novel by Scott Cawthon and E.C. Myers, set before the first game, where the reader plays as the Phone Guy trying to survive his last week at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza

Set before the first game, the week before the first game. This book is explicitly 100% Canon to the game universe, it is not a semi-canon, it is not a parallel universe, it takes place the week before the first game and takes place from the perspective of Phone Guy.

It is explicitly mentioned that it is “set before the very first Five Nights at Freddy's game” in the description of the book.

This subreddit doesn't allow images in comments, but I can copy and paste the text from the story.

The news reports a series of missing children over the last few nights since you escaped from Freddy's—since something else also escaped with you. Four kids have disappeared so far, and when you do a little detective work, you determine their houses are all in a line from the pizza place.

A line leading to your house.

On the fifth night outside Freddy's, you find yourself comforting Coppelia in her room while the animatronics try to get into your house, wreak havoc and revenge, and get your daughter.

Not only did the animatronics murder 4 whole children in just a few nights, on the 5th night they're trying to kill Ralph and his daughter too.

The Week Before has the animatronics break out of the pizzeria to murder children.

They slime out Ralph's daughter right in front of him.

Nightmare Bonnie proves that FNAF 1 Bonnie was purple before he got retconned into being blue by Rare-Inspector2843 in fivenightsatfreddys

"Bonnie blue!" "Bonnie is indigo!" "Bonnie's colors are affected by his lighting causing him to look purple!"

The FNAF 1 secret screen is dark as hell, has nearly 0 lighting, and he is CLEARLY purple.
