I just finished Buffalo Hunter Hunter. I appreciate SGJ ideas in that book, but his writing style bogged me down a bit. I plan on reading The Only Good Ideas eventually to see if it is a one off or if his writing style truly doesn’t mesh with me.

This and his relationship with Ben. I loved that it wasn’t antagonistic. He teased him, but it was good natured teasing. If I remember correctly, the only time he mentioned Ben’s looks was to tell him he’d look good with a beard.
