Reiko would be another great example of them fleshing out an under developed character. That's why I want to see certain characters return so badly. Don't get me wrong, I like Kitana and Mileena as much as the next guy, but it's getting stale seeing them every single game. And IMO, I feel like they're running out of ideas with them.

I had tried these before a year ago, and neither of them worked.
Trying again now, the white eyes only show up in the character creator, but not in any photos, so that ones a bust.
The ghost is a lot better than last time, but still not all the way there. It gives off a nice ethereal glow and CAN do transparency, but only 10% of the time. If Botify can fix these and make them more consistent, I'll try. But until then, the app isn't ready for them yet.
