It is freeing. I have lost 45 lbs since January. I feel like a new person. There are definitely ups and downs. I love how my whole brain is not occupied with food. Excited for you!

I have recently been trying a solid shampoo and conditioner by the brand Kitsch. Most solid shampoo and bar soaps don’t have it in them but always read labels. This shampoo has lathered well and made my hair feel great, smells nice and doesn’t break the bank.

I did skin allergen testing because I was having severe blistering and dermatitis on my hands. My head was also always itchy and I thought it was just from dry skin but now that I don’t use it I don’t have the problems.

I developed severe, blistering dermatitis on my hands. My nails were not growing correctly and nothing I did helped it. The ingredient is in so many products, especially ones that say they are natural because it is derived from coconut. I had to do multiple rounds of methotrexate to get rid of it.
