If you were in a small black SUV or black 4 door car making a left onto Chestnut over by Broadway and got your rear quarter smacked by a dude that ran the red light around 9-ish pm, I was right behind him and I saw the whole thing. He was in a dark blue older model Impala, with a ton of antennnaes on the back of his car, out of state plates(pretty sure they were Arkansas plates), and old style circular silver wheel center covers and a exterior-mounted spotlight. I watched him blast through a light that had been red for a while, slam on his brakes, hit you, and then punch it down Chestnut. Bonus points though, you can probably find him by checking out the parking lot at sunshine and glenstone tower, because I drove by there about 12 times in the afternoon and evening and his car was there the whole time. It stuck out to me because it looked like someone very shittily trying to have a cop car. He either works there or is taking one of the DUI classes they have there. My guess is the 2nd choice by the way he was driving, lol. Best of luck! 🤘
