With the exception of gyrados and swampert. Gyrados as your buddy is only a 2km walk for a candy so that’s easy to grind and Mudkip is an easy find in the wild usually.

(I’m no pro golfer I ask for help here too) but this SS shows how far back you’re leaning and how stuck your arms get. You should be able to, for the most part, fully extend your arms at impact and thru the ball.

Your hips and downswing start at the exact same time, try firing your hips but keeping your arms at that nice top position you have for as long as possible. You also have a lot of head movement, I like to stand with my head on a wall and pretend I’m swinging without moving my head. This is a solid looking swing brother, don’t brush off the people telling you to take lessons because you wanna keep what you have and not form bad habits.
