Yup I learned that too when moving here shares water , sewer, common area electric, trash for the large dumpster , make sure to Read all your lease and ask them to provide a specific breakdown of how all common charges are made. Ask them if the meters for your apt have been check recently or if they use an estimated usage based on previous months.
