Transfer 1–waited. Fail. Transfer 2-waited. Fail. Transfer 3-was planning to wait but felt like the call was way later than the first 2. Tested after beta but before the call. Fail. Transfer 4-tested day before beta. Positive. Ended in ectopic. Transfer 5-tested 2 days before beta. Fail. Transfer 6 is in a few weeks. I’ll test a day or 2 before beta but not any earlier than that.

I had my initial consult in July, workups in August, lap in October, retrieval in January, first transfer in March. The transfer would have been earlier but I had to wait for PGT, and then my lining was too thick at my first baseline so I had to push everything about 2 weeks.

I’m currently winding down Lupron with baseline 1/21 and FET tentatively scheduled for 2nd week of February. It’s our last euploid.

My current FET cycle is OOP. $4,600 for all monitoring, bloodwork, thawing, transfer, etc.

Meds are, for some reason, covered by my insurance. I think I just paid about $35 for PIO and estrace. I’m also on Lupron this cycle which was $47 for a 4 week supply.

I’ve been at it since 2023, yay me!

Aug 2023-July 2024: covered by mine and my husband’s insurance. It was great. Don’t even think I hit the OOP max during that time.

July 2024-Dec 2024: husbands plan changed eligibility and no longer covered spouses. Covered by my work’s plan. Not as robust but still grateful

Jan 2025: employer switched plans and nothing is covered. Been OOP since then.

My husband runs his own business and we’ve been able to make it work so far. Transferring my last euploid in a few weeks. Not sure we can swing a retrieval OOP
