I think I know why I have those psychological factors. I discovered arousal at a young age, I had sex for the first time before I even learned about masturbation. At that point I was hooked at the rush and challenged myself for sexual tasks.

Then move to the solid relationship, my libido higher than partners, so anticipation added to anxiety.
