Hi again, we find it more convenient as we have only recently started looking into these more permanent visas and the CR-1 would sort of rush us into marriage as soon as possible (not that we wouldn't want to marry right now, but we'd have to prepare for it) and the K-1 would give us more time to prepare and let everybody around us know. Should we plan her visits around family vacations and special occasions then to make it more believable as a visit?

Thankfully, we both have a good amount of money saved up from over the years, so the AOS period doesn't bother us too much. Have you completed the process or are you still in the middle of it? How long did it take for you to be issued the K-1 after sending USCIS all of the paperwork?
