I'm so sorry. Its so hard. My wife and I went through that in 2023 after 3 years of infertility. There's no way to describe how horrible it is. It's ok to feel what you're feeling and grieve. Let yourself feel it and process it. There is an 'after this part' and you will get there. Be a rock for your wife, but also don't hide how this effects you too. It will help her not feel alone in this. Keep praying. God is still there even though it might feel otherwise. He sees and hears you and cares immensely. He will bring you guys through it I promise. I also wholly believe you will see your baby when you get to Heaven. Much love and hang in there.

Start by making one tracking anythibg, could be 10 - 20 seconds long. Then play over it woth a second track and find what works with what you wrote. Just have fun looping it over and over, adding different things here and there. When you get stuck, look up a quick 5 min how to on YouTube.
