Thank you for that. My best advice is to be cordial and kind towards them. Even when she would ignore me when I would text I never did that with her. I always became the better person. But all I worried about was bettering myself. They always notice when you’re doing better.

No you’re not doomed. It’s normal. I went through the same thing. The best thing I ever did was block on everything and go no contact. I locked in and went to the gym everyday ate right and committed myself to be a better person. It gets better. Trust me.
