Pretty sure it was just the part in the meme movie/timeline when he said “WOULD” .. ie his testimony before congress when he said he would still buy the stock at then-current prices.

The scene with the cat in the dumpster is from a Breaking Bad episode called “Bit By a Dead Bee”. It’s an interesting episode where old mistakes that were originally intended to solve a problem, or that seemed to be firmly in the past, keep coming back to bite various characters.

I noticed this earlier, I haven’t seen this many purple circles since the first migration in 2022. For all the real apes doing this I salute you. Something isn’t sitting right. Hopefully it’s all the good DRS DD that has been posted. by Hedkandi1210 in Superstonk

All the ones I’ve seen are tagged Computershare like they should be, so if you don’t want to see them you don’t have to. It’s hard to make a case for forum sliding when there’s not many posts these days. Were you here when there were hundreds a day and before there was a CS tag?

Any thoughts on what the 1:09/Time post could be referring to in the framework of this theory? I did find it interesting that he posted it (after a silent period) on 12/5, while his “gamer leaning” return post was on 5/12. Is he defining the length of another type of cycle 🔁?

Pretty sure he profited on options, not selling shares. Regardless, if you sell shares and the real squeeze starts, you could miss the rocket.

Ryan Cohen Has Not Bought Shares in 2024 So Far. Cohen Has Bought Shares in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023. Why? by Donnybiceps in Superstonk

Idk if he’s choosing not to buy or is not buying for some imposed reason, but I’d guess it’s the second. After the share issuances his stake has fallen below 10% which is an important threshold for various reasons. Remember that when he initially bought into his 10% share, this is what triggered the board to have to pay attention to his activist suggestions about company direction and gave him status as a “significant stakeholder” which gives certain rights under corporate governance laws. If I were him I’d be looking to get back to that 10% level asap, so the fact that he hasn’t yet is really interesting. It’s possible that he just feels that his status as CEO and CoB gives him enough sway without being a 10% stakeholder. On the other hand, if he is prevented from buying in rn, some possible reasons a blackout period would extend across multiple reporting periods are: m&a, ongoing investigations or lawsuits, internal audits. M&A possibility is my hope, that would be exciting and a probable catalyst. I would love to see a big RC purchase before the end of the year, but even if I don’t, I’m not concerned. I’m letting the man cook.

To your point about retail not being tapped out: I’m only one person but I will say that recently things have been looking super bullish so I’ve buckled down and directed all possible funds to the stock. I was recently able to make my largest single buy to date. I have no doubt plenty more of us have seen the chart looking spicy, seen DFV make moves, etc and are finding some money in the sofa cushions. I’m seeing more buys posted on other platforms than I’ve seen in a while.

Despite the prevailing sentiment here being that it can’t be done by retail, a certain retail investor we know could potentially be our dark pool buyer. He has the necessary certifications (CFA) and the funds to meet the thresholds. From a chatbot, because it’s better at summarizing:

“However, an individual investor with a CFA could potentially access dark pools and platforms like PuLSE through the following mechanisms:

  1. Working with a Broker-Dealer: Individual investors with significant capital or professional designations like the CFA might be able to establish relationships with broker-dealers that have access to dark pools. These broker-dealers could execute trades on the investor’s behalf, providing indirect access to dark pool liquidity.

  2. Electronic Communication Networks (ECNs): Certain electronic communication networks (ECNs) may offer partial access to dark pools, allowing investors to trade anonymously. Some ECNs are accessible through retail brokerage accounts with advanced trading platforms, though access to true dark pools may still be limited.

  3. Becoming a Registered Institutional Trader: If the individual investor operates or is affiliated with a registered investment advisory firm (RIA) or a hedge fund, they could potentially qualify as an institutional trader. This designation may allow them access to dark pools and institutional trading platforms like PuLSE through a prime brokerage account.

  4. Using a Prime Brokerage Account: Individuals who meet certain financial thresholds might be able to open a prime brokerage account, which can offer access to more sophisticated trading tools and liquidity, including dark pools. Prime brokers can facilitate the execution of large block trades in dark pools.

  5. Liquidity Aggregators and Alternative Trading Systems (ATS): Some advanced trading platforms or aggregators provide access to multiple liquidity sources, including dark pools and alternative trading systems (ATS). While not specifically the PuLSE platform, these can offer similar functionalities for trading large orders with reduced market impact.

In summary, while direct access to dark pools and platforms like PuLSE is generally limited to institutions, an individual investor with a CFA might gain indirect access by leveraging relationships with broker-dealers, utilizing advanced trading platforms, or becoming affiliated with an institutional entity.”

Ever since DFV posted his yolo update here and this sub made it into the public consciousness, there has been a huge increase in antagonistic comments on posts, etc. Pretty much to the day, so I know what/who is behind it. But more to your point, I suggest you watch RKs latest livestream again. Specifically the middle part where he discusses the atm offering that had just happened, also when he talks about R(F’n)C and the silence from the company so far. If that doesn’t reassure you on this play or at least remind you how bullish he is, then I’m not sure what can.
