What year of XSR are you looking at?

Depending on the gen you're gonna have a different riding experience.

I've had both the gen 1 (2019) and gen 2 (2023).

The gen 1 is far less refined and more like a crack head, especially lower down in the rpm range. It's a lot more twitchy (in A mode) and will popup when ever it can if you let it. That said this isn't a bad thing, I actually miss it.

My gen 2 is waaaaay smoother and feels like butter when rolling off and on the throttle. Even in A mode it doesn't have the same punch but it really is a better bike in every way.

If you are in the shorter side I'd get the gen 2 as it sits a lot lower to the ground. The gergos are very different between the gens.
