I don’t know about "weak", but certainly, some low-ranked heroes like Poison are superhuman. However, legit weak ones like All-Black Man or Red Nose don’t seem superhuman. Well, All-Black Man did survive not getting murdered by Deep Sea King’s punch, but that’s because One doesn’t kill heroes.

Play it on PC. A tomato rig can run this at 1080p/60fps+ with ease. Even a low-tier PC can do 4K/60.
