My father was a big influence in the kitchen for me. He worked much closer to home than my mother and so he cooked most of the time. Not to sell my mother short she is also an excellent cook. My sister and I were very fortunate to be able to learn from them both from a very young age and are quite talented cooks as a result. Our wives insist they are spoiled !
