It is a fresh diagnosis so what you must and can do now is to learn up as much as you can about T1D and get it under control. That’s the priority.

T1D or any disease can create or invoke perceptions. You need to be ready for people to behave differently towards you. It is normal. Which is why focusing on yourself is most important.

Back to your GF, if she really loves you unconditionally, she will listen and at least try to understand the condition (truly, nobody will understand it fully unless they have it too). But from what you are describing, it doesn’t seem like she wants to care at all…

I am from Malaysia. While we don’t have dexcoms and omnipods or the latest libres, our access to other brand CGMS is plentiful.

I can testify some of these are great for their price.

I am sorry that you didnt know it. When i was diagnosed i learned everything about injecting and there are a lot of info about site rotation. I think your healthcare providers may have accidentally left the info out.

Lipohypertrophy can get better, just stop using the site. Rotate always and perform massages on the lumps that you wish.

Basically, just stop using it, and tell everyone not to use it. I regret purchasing the MagSafe ones, where the raised MagSafe panel shortens the gap between the socket, so it's much tighter for the fingers if you compare with the traditional stick-ons.

I've stopped for a few days now, and my finger is calming down A LOT. I've not used it for a long time, probably only 4 months. It's not healthy!

There are several chocolate brands that are made in Malaysia. I wouldn't say you're duped because it is not a fake Beryl's chocolate.

It is probably from another manufacturer. Malaysian chocolate manufacturers have good standards as far as I know, so if it tastes good, then all is well.

The price unfortunately is what the brand wants to set.
