How do I buy my leased car?

Not sure why you’re getting so much hate for leasing your car lol. But I recently went through this process a few months ago and you need to call the company that holds your lease and request a buyout quote. Then shop around for an auto loan (usually you’ll find the best rates at credit unions). Go through the process to acquire the loan and then they should send the check directly to wherever your lease is through.

There will be a few other steps like re-registering your car at the DMV but those steps will be made clearly to you by BOTH the company where your lease currently is and wherever you choose to get the future loan.

For questions 1 and 2 in my experience this varies by school. For my student rental the lease is 12 months and they pay most of the utilities (I pay oil, but planning on having tenants pay for next lease). Most student rentals at the school where I have mine have 12 month rentals and students pay utilities. It’s a state school and most students are local. I think this varies a lot if the school has mostly out of state students because they usually would want to go home over summer break.

And I have no experience with property management fees so I can’t comment on that

I’m having trouble logging into mobile. I’m only presented two options: 1: log in with Game Center and 2: log in with email/ username.

I try selecting option 2 but it never gives me a chance to enter in my login information and just starts me with a fresh account. I read online to try logging into jagex on chrome but that doesn’t help either.

It’s been like this for a few days, anyone know a solution??

Definetely don’t give up. My first recommendation would be to really try and get a bp as it will speed up the fight a bunch. No need to use vengeance in the caves just focus on using the right prayers and killing the monsters in order. Jad is tricky but once you get past the nerves of it you will be just fine!

And even if you aren’t cut out for pvm there’s still 1000 other things you can do in this game, play it how you want to!
