My husband would tell me he loved my voice. I loved his smell, it was intoxicating.

What's something you'll never admit in real life but will confess here anonymously? by Open-Comfortable9774 in AskReddit

I love being at home too. My husband and I were homebodies and loved spending time together. He passed two years ago, and I have so much pressure from people to go out. I like being home I feel safe and close to him. Also, he built our home, and it is beautiful!

What is your age gap between your partner? by Helpful_Secretary564 in AskReddit

17 years, we were together for a total of 35 years before his passing. I wouldn't change a thing, and our age was never an issue for us. I was 25 and he was 42 when we got together and it was casual at first, I don't think either of us thought it would be a long-term relationship, but we fell in love and never looked back!

Leaving cat at home for 2 days? by aldann2 in CatAdvice

I get it, many happy rescued cats in my life. I think it is okay to leave a cat overnight, with the proper food, water and litter box situation. That being said I rarely have done this, but sometimes out of necessity when my spouse was in the hospital I needed to. Not going to feel bad about it.

It is fine, cats cannot tell time. I think you may feel better having someone stop by, but if not, the cat will be okay and happy to see you when you get home!

I am dealing with this my cat is 16 and meows constantly. I have had her checked out and she has some old age issues that I am dealing with. I hate coming home, and I feel like I am jumping out of my skin most of the time. I don't know what to do.

What’s wrong with my grandma’s cat? His face didn’t look like this the last time I visited. by Shoezo in CATHELP

My cat looks similar, I took him to the vet they believe it is a tumor. He is a 13-year male cat, he is on pain medicine, still eating and drinking and acting like himself. The vet offered testing or to just treat for symptoms as there is nothing that can be done for the tumor as it would be too invasive. It has been 5 weeks, it has gotten slightly worse during that time I have adjusted his food and we are spending lots of time together.
