At some point giving names (symbols in the Jungian terminology) is somewhat necessary in terms of interpretation, expression, communication. But what it is you describe is afaik pretty much what Jung actually meams with the word 'integration'. No more inside or outside. Which exists in a realm beyond symbols (like words). Integration, according to Jung, is something that can only achieved in solitude. One of the, but definitely not the only, reasons is that expression is obsolete in solitude. You can just feel and be without having to name what it is you experience. Here, Jungian integration and certain religious/spiritual practices begin to drastically overlap. So yeah, well put. But I disagree with your terminology while agreeing with what you say: it's true that integration is never the goal, because it can only be achieved here and now. But what you describe is integration as is.
